  • Express UK Delivery: estimated 1-2 business days 

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £100 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping  

We offer international delivery to:

International shipping costs and delivery times vary. 
Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. 

Order Tracking 

Tracking details will be provided via email when your order ships (if applicable). 

Delivery Issues 

We are not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • courier issues 

  • customs 

  • incorrect address details 

  • events outside our control

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready. 

 

3. Returns Policy (UK Consumer Law Compliant) 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible: 

  • Items must be unused 

  • In original packaging 

  • In saleable condition 

Items Exempt from Return 

The following cannot be returned unless faulty: 

  • personalised or custom-made products 

  • perishable goods (e.g., food)

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Missing or Incorrect Items 

If something is missing or incorrect in your order:

  • we will investigate and resolve promptly

7. International Returns
